The Challenge

Like many colleges and universities, Pitt-Bradford manages a wide range of events throughout the year—from student activities and athletic prospect camps to overnight camps and large annual conferences. Managing registrations, payments, lodging, meals, and attendee communications can create significant administrative work, particularly when staff must track incomplete registrations, confirm payments, prepare accurate headcounts, and coordinate accommodations.

Overview: The National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH) sought an efficient registration solution for its annual 3-day conference hosted by Illinois State University.  The conference attracts over 800 students and administrators from schools across the country.  With complex attendee management needs and the challenge of ensuring accurate records, NACURH turned to Registration Guru Software (RGS) for streamlining the process.
